Peloton (and PZP) brb
Following major ankle surgery and two months with no weight bearing I will get fit again. My family leaned on Peloton to get through the pandemic and I’ll leverage it for my recovery as well.
Planning to try a variety of their class types during the recovery: Meditation, Stretching, Yoga, Strength, Walking, and finally back to Cycling. The plan though is loose, I’ll adjust along the way while sticking to a strategy (safely active) rather than a timeline. “Modify as needed” as you might have heard while doing a ride.
